Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) migration and implementation program. This role focuses on overseeing planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement while managing cross-functional delivery teams and external partners. The successful candidate will drive a major transformation initiative, ensuring a smooth migration from D365 CE 2016 to the latest platform version.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE migration and implementation integrating with F&O.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
  • Oversee risks, dependencies, and change control processes.
  • Provide clear reporting and communication to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and governance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Strong understanding of D365 CE 2016 and newer platform versions.
  • Familiarity with F&O integration and cross-functional project delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Solid project management background in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in hybrid environments with access to Central London as required.
