D365 CRM Functional Consultant

Overview

The D365 CRM Functional Consultant will join an organization on a transformation program, leveraging their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance CRM functionalities. This role involves both solution design and hands-on delivery, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage the functional aspects of the project. The consultant will also need to navigate complex requirements while ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of CRM requirements and stakeholder engagement.
• Design functional solutions and configure Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Implement end-to-end CRM solutions and conduct configuration tasks.
• Guide stakeholders through design and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Experience with end-to-end CRM implementations.
• Strong skills in solution design and functional architecture.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 configuration and workflow design.
• Experience working with technical teams and third-party suppliers.
