Overview
This role involves working as a Dynamics 365 Developer to customize and develop D365 Customer Engagement (CE) and CRM capabilities. The contractor will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem while integrating these solutions with Azure services and various third-party applications. The position is initially a 6-month contract with some travel to London every three months, and it is classified as outside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Integrate Azure services including Functions and Service Bus with D365 CE.
- Develop and implement PCF components and plugins for D365.
- Collaborate with third-party services through RESTful API development.
- Utilize Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Dataverse Web API to enhance functionality.
- Support the ongoing development of D365 CRM capabilities as required.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
- Proficient in .Net, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience in developing PCF components and plugins.
- Strong understanding of Azure services and integration techniques.
- Knowledge of RESTful API development and third-party service integration.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Dataverse Web API is essential.
