Overview
We are seeking a D365 F&O Support Consultant to assist our client in the global rollout of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). The successful candidate will join a busy implementation team to provide technical support and business process assistance to users across various locations in Europe. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth post-go-live experience and will involve engaging with users to resolve incidents and improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and business process support for ERP implementation.
- Assist in the delivery of new solutions and enhancements into production.
- Participate in testing and validation activities.
- Resolve operational incidents and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with users and business partners to manage and improve processes.
- Advise on effective process conduct and support adoption via training materials.
- Ensure prompt resolution of high-priority issues (P1 and P2).
Requirements
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically in Manufacturing, Production, or Supply Chain.
- Demonstratable knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics technologies.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Prior involvement in multi-country or global projects is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build customer/vendor relationships.
- Adaptability and willingness to face challenges in a fast-paced environment.
