D365 Manufacturing & Production Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned D365 Manufacturing & Production Consultant to enhance and stabilize a recently implemented D365 system. In this role, you will focus on optimizing manufacturing and production processes while ensuring better alignment between operational activities and financial outcomes. You will be working closely with the production team to instill best practices and rebuild confidence in system usage, with a significant onsite presence required, including travel to Europe.

Responsibilities

• Map and document manufacturing and production processes.
• Align operational flows with financial postings.
• Improve configuration, production order management, costing, and adjustments.
• Strengthen controls, access, and governance.
• Educate users and rebuild confidence in the D365 system.

• Strong understanding of production order flows and financial integration.
• Ability to simplify complexity and communicate effectively.
• Confidence in operating within a demanding, private equity-backed environment.
