Overview

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of ERP implementations and upgrades within both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC). This role involves managing a variety of project aspects including planning, execution, and post-live support while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a complex multi-system environment, primarily on-site in Wales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects (F&O and BC).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and governance frameworks.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage internal and external project resources for coordinated execution across workstreams.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Coordinate integration activities between D365 modules and external systems.
  • Support data migration, UAT, and change control processes to ensure system readiness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects (F&O and BC).
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end project management, including planning and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in complex environments with multiple vendors and integrations.
  • Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM are preferred.
