Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer for a short-term, fully remote contract focused on a high-impact e-invoicing and reporting project. The successful candidate will collaborate with a UK-based team, bringing their expertise to enhance data models and develop new entities within Business Central. This is an immediate-start opportunity for those ready to make a significant contribution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Extend Business Central data models, mandates, and status frameworks.
- Build new ELR entities including batch headers and lines, submissions, and response logs.
- Implement invoice-level and aggregate e-reporting flows.
- Develop inbound and outbound response handling using UBL formats.
- Add new actions, pages, and correlation logic across posted documents.
- Strengthen logging, retry logic, and certification readiness.
Requirements
- Strong experience with AL development in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Solid understanding of BC extensions, including tables, pages, and code units.
- Proven experience integrating APIs (JSON, XML, HTTP).
- Knowledge of UBL or e-invoicing frameworks is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a phased delivery environment with clear milestones.
