Overview
The D365FO Developer will support a large-scale Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programme by designing, developing, and maintaining D365FO solutions. This role involves collaborating with a well-established delivery team to ensure the reliable delivery of integrations, customisations, and ongoing platform improvements in a complex environment. A strong emphasis is placed on hands-on technical ownership and working effectively in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customise solutions within D365 Finance & Operations.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Work with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop extensions, workflows, reports, and data entities.
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues.
- Contribute to technical design, documentation, and development standards.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience developing within D365FO.
- Solid experience with X++ and the D365FO development framework.
- Experience building integrations using APIs, OData, or Azure services.
- Strong understanding of extensions, data entities, workflows, and reporting.
- Experience working across full D365FO implementation or transformation programmes.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote contract environment.
