Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on an initial 4.5 month contract, focusing on transforming complex people and operational data into actionable insights. Working remotely, you will collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and data teams to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Your analytical skills will support strategic planning and continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyse people and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Present insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support business teams in understanding and utilizing data effectively.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to data governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting processes and identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly.
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
