Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in a rapidly expanding SaaS business, focusing on transforming complex transactional data into valuable business insights. Working remotely within a team of around 20 professionals, the analyst will be instrumental in data mapping and harmonization across diverse sources, ensuring the seamless integration of data into a coherent model. This position requires immediate engagement with a two-stage interview process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data mapping and harmonization across diverse data sources.
- Integrate various systems to create a clean data model.
- Utilize SQL extensively for querying and data transformation.
- Develop dashboards and KPI reports using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Define and calculate key performance indicators from raw data.
- Leverage Python for data manipulation and KPI calculations as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data usage for decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data mapping and harmonization.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills for data querying and transformation.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Omniscope.
- Ability to build dashboards and detailed KPI reports.
- Experience in defining and calculating key performance indicators.
- Familiarity with Python and pandas for data manipulation.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
