Overview
A Data Analyst is sought for a contract role focused on a Data Excellence project within a challenger bank's Data Process team. The primary aim is to define Data Quality rules and enhance data reliability by identifying and rectifying data issues, while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define Data Quality rules for automated data monitoring systems.
- Identify data quality issues in process flows.
- Collaborate with teams to explain complex data practices to non-data personnel.
- Support the development of an AI rules engine for data analysis.
Requirements
- Experience working within a UK bank.
- Strong understanding of UK banking data.
- Broad knowledge of data requirements for regulatory reporting.
- Experience with Cloud Data platforms, particularly GCP.
- Familiarity with data quality best practices.
