Overview
The Data Analytics Engineer will support Global Operations and Customer Service teams by developing and maintaining data pipelines and analytics solutions. This remote-first contract role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer service. The position requires a strong technical background in data analytics and experience in communicating findings to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and datasets using ELT/ETL best practices.
- Deliver high-quality insights through reporting and analytics.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and implement BI solutions.
- Ensure data quality, system reliability, and performance.
- Support production environments and month-end processing.
- Communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Experience supporting Operations and Customer Service teams.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in data storytelling and presentation.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Python, Fivetran, Azure or AWS, and Salesforce CRM (preferred).
