Overview
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to develop and lead a scalable business reporting and analytics capability in a dynamic organisation. This role focuses on transforming current reporting practices into a modern, automated business intelligence function that equips senior leadership with timely insights for data-driven decision-making. Collaborating closely with various departments, the Analytics Engineer will define key performance indicators and ensure data accuracy while delivering impactful visualizations through Power BI.

Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering Business Intelligence or Analytics solutions using Power BI.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to gather and challenge business requirements.
- Experience in defining meaningful KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Background in creating executive dashboards and tools for data visualization.
- Knowledge of data governance practices and data quality management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams.
