Overview
We are seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer to spearhead the development of a modern and scalable business reporting and analytics function within a dynamic organization. This role involves collaborating closely with various departments including Sales, Operations, and Finance to transform existing reporting processes into an automated, business intelligence framework that supports informed decision-making for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement business reporting frameworks using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective measurement of success.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Automate existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure data governance and quality standards are maintained across all reporting outputs.
- Create and deliver executive dashboards that provide actionable insights into business performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering Business Intelligence or Analytics solutions using Power BI.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to capture and challenge business requirements.
- Experience in defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices.
- Understanding of data automation techniques for reporting processes.
