Data Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team for a long-term contract role focused on building and optimizing data systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data pipelines and integrate various data sources, especially Salesforce, ensuring data quality and performance. This position is fully on-site and requires a strong background in data engineering and relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines to support business needs.
• Design and optimize data models in Snowflake.
• Implement frameworks to ensure data quality.
• Integrate Salesforce and other external data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Monitor data processing and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Snowflake, including data modeling and ELT processes.
• Proficient in SQL and Python programming.
• Experience with dbt, Apache Airflow, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data integration methodologies.
