Overview
The Data Integration Director will be a strategic leader responsible for advancing and scaling the feed and data capabilities of the organization. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize data flows and improve integration across platforms. The Director will translate complex technical information into clear insights for stakeholders, driving insight-led delivery rather than reactive execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead feed operations with a focus on strategic development.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into effective marketing feeds.
- Drive improvements in platform integration, particularly across social media.
- Partner with data engineering and data science teams to optimize feed structures.
- Translate technical outputs into clear insights for clients.
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities across feeds.
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and marketing/strategy stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience with feed management platforms (e.g. GCP, Feedanomics).
- Proven strategic leadership rather than hands-on execution.
- Deep understanding of data flows and feed architectures.
- Experience with multiple marketing platforms, especially social channels.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams.
- Background in retail or product-based data is advantageous.
