Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to oversee data management, reporting, and the Management Information System (MIS) function for a leading independent education organization. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of critical information that supports operational and strategic decision-making. Your expertise in iSAMS will be pivotal in managing data systems, developing insightful reporting, and driving improvements in data governance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for iSAMS.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the College's data.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and databases.
- Produce meaningful reports, dashboards, and management information.
- Create advanced Excel reporting models and analysis.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and business processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Manager, MIS Manager, or Data Specialist.
- Extensive hands-on experience with iSAMS within the education sector.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel reporting and data analysis skills.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data management and governance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
