Overview
As a Data Science AI Engineer specializing in RAG Chatbots and LangGraph, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing AI capabilities within a globally established B2B professional services organization. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow data scientists to design and implement advanced AI and chatbot solutions that improve product quality and streamline complex workflows. This hybrid role allows you to engage in the full data science lifecycle, contributing to impactful projects with significant organizational visibility.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy chatbots, MCP servers, and agentic models for SaaS platforms.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to productionise models and pipelines.
- Contribute high-quality code to GitHub-based workflows and peer review processes.
- Validate model performance and maintain high standards for data and model accuracy.
- Communicate insights and technical solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prototype new features and explore innovative ideas related to AI agents and chatbots.
Requirements
- Strong Python and SQL skills with a focus on clean code practices.
- Experience building chatbots powered by RAG pipelines.
- Familiarity with LangGraph for agentic frameworks.
- Experience working with large, real-world datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience in collaborative software environments using Git.
- A Master's or higher in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Maths, Computer Science, Economics, etc.).
- Exposure to recommendation systems or time-series forecasting is a plus.
