Overview
The Data Scientist will join a dynamic AI team focused on building and deploying scalable AI solutions that transform global businesses. This role involves designing AI agents and workflows, developing intelligent systems, and integrating AI into products and processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the reliability and maintainability of these systems while delivering tangible business impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents and workflows powered by large language models (LLMs).
- Develop multi-step intelligent systems for planning, memory, and tool usage.
- Deliver recommendation, classification, and forecasting systems on large-scale datasets.
- Automate complex workflows and decision-making processes.
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from exploration to production deployment.
- Integrate AI into products, APIs, and business processes for scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system robustness and observability.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python with production-grade coding experience.
- Proven experience deploying LLM-powered systems into production.
- Hands-on expertise with AI agents and multi-step reasoning workflows.
- Experience in designing and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
- Familiarity with orchestration patterns such as MCP.
- Understanding of limitations and trade-offs of LLMs.
- Experience with cloud deployment on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Science, or Computer Science.
