Overview
The Data Warehouse and BI Architect will be instrumental in shaping the future data landscape of a major organization undergoing transformation. This fully remote role involves collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to define architecture, data models, and reporting solutions as part of a large-scale finance systems transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design data warehouse and analytics architectures for complex organizations.
- Develop dimensional models and star schema designs.
- Build reporting and BI solutions connected to ERP systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data architecture requirements.
- Ensure effective integration of multiple ERP platforms.
- Oversee financial data model development and maintenance.
- Lead migration initiatives from legacy systems to modern platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing data warehouse and analytics architectures.
- Strong expertise in dimensional modeling and star schema design.
- Experience in building reporting and BI solutions from ERP systems.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, Dynamics, or Workday Financials.
- Deep understanding of financial data models, including GL, AP, and AR.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric migration programs is a plus.
- Background in migrations from legacy systems to SaaS solutions, especially Oracle Fusion is desirable.
