Overview
We are seeking a Senior Azure Data Engineer with extensive experience in Databricks for a remote contract position. The contractor will be responsible for designing and optimizing data pipelines on the Azure platform, managing collaborations with various stakeholders, and addressing complex engineering challenges. This role will focus on implementing best practices related to data architecture and security while ensuring performance and scalability of data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build data pipelines and data solutions on the Azure platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data engineering issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Azure technologies, particularly Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Azure SQL.
- Proficient in Python and SQL, with solid knowledge of data modelling.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud architecture.
