Overview
We are seeking a Defence Programme Manager to lead a significant data transformation initiative within the defence sector. This role is instrumental in overseeing the migration from legacy systems to a modern enterprise data platform, enhancing decision-making capabilities through AI technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with various technical and business teams to ensure effective programme delivery and stakeholder engagement while managing programme governance and risks.

Requirements
- Active SC Clearance is essential.
- Proven experience in Programme Management, particularly in large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of legacy data platform migrations and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated capabilities in governance, stakeholder management, and risk management.
- Experience in AI-enabled projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in highly regulated environments and manage complex delivery processes.
