Overview
We are seeking a Defence Programme Manager to lead a significant data platform migration within the defence sector. This role is crucial for transitioning from legacy systems to a modern enterprise data platform, aimed at enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency through AI-driven technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with technical architects, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure the programme's successful delivery in a secure environment.

Requirements
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
- Proven experience in programme management for large-scale technology or digital transformation initiatives within the defence or secure government sector.
- Demonstrated experience in leading legacy data platform migrations or cloud transformation projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise data programmes or AI-enabled initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in governance, stakeholder management, and risk management are essential.
