Overview
We are seeking a Defence Programme Manager to lead a significant data transformation project in the defence sector. This pivotal role will focus on migrating from legacy systems to a modern enterprise data platform, enhancing operational capabilities through AI-driven technologies. The Programme Manager will collaborate with technical and business teams to drive successful programme delivery and stakeholder engagement in a secure, highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Programme Management within the defence or secure government sector.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes.
- Experience with legacy data platform migrations or cloud transformations.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in governance, stakeholder management, and risk management are essential.
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment with compliance requirements.
