Delivery Lead

Overview

We are seeking two Agile Delivery Leads to effectively coordinate and manage the delivery of strategic cross-functional initiatives spanning IT and the business. The roles will involve collaboration with stakeholders, Scrum teams, and technical leads to maintain project momentum, address risks, and ensure project alignment with its scope and goals. This is a contract position for a duration of 3-6 months, fully remote, and open to candidates eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear, integrated delivery plan for the initiative across business and IT workstreams.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities, ensuring timely engagement of the right stakeholders.
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies promptly across the initiative.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business leads to keep project scope, priorities, and outcomes visible.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating delivery across multiple teams in IT or business environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to senior audiences.
• Experience with Agile delivery methods such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Practical experience using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira.
