Overview
As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of client projects, collaborating closely with finance functions to manage portfolios of change. Your focus will be on harmonizing various initiatives by establishing a cohesive roadmap and prioritizing deliverables based on value, risk, and cost. Engaging with stakeholders and leading a team through an agile framework will be key to ensuring efficient project delivery and fostering a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of client projects throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Facilitate decision-making and discussions among stakeholders with varying demands.
- Run workshops to uncover problem statements and drive consensus.
- Develop and prioritize project roadmaps by evaluating competing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a steady delivery pace for the team.
- Provide practical guidance on business change processes and technology integration.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across projects.
- Ensure the smooth execution of delivery while adapting to evolving project needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery lead in Financial Services.
- Familiarity with finance functions and complex data management.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on cost, risk, ease, and value.
- Experience in running product backlogs and coordinating with product ownership.
- Proficient in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder interactions.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum at Scale.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and risk management capabilities.
- Experience with process analysis and optimization techniques.
