Overview
The Delivery Lead will play a crucial role in supporting a fast-growing, AI-native consultancy by overseeing multiple product initiatives within a dynamic Product & Engineering team. This position emphasizes collaboration, clarity in communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity as the team scales, allowing the Delivery Lead to influence processes and facilitate efficient delivery without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery across multiple product initiatives.
- Remove blockers and manage dependencies across Product & Engineering.
- Own delivery reporting, milestones, and risk management.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuously improve ways of working.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders.
- Help a growing engineering team ship software faster without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
Requirements
- Experience delivering software products within Product & Engineering teams.
- Strong agile experience in modern product environments.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
- Able to influence without relying on hierarchy.
- Pragmatic, low ego, and highly collaborative.
