Overview
The Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in a major transformation programme within the Financial Services sector, overseeing the complete delivery of capabilities across a value stream. Collaborating with diverse teams, the Delivery Lead will focus on driving execution in sprints, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes for strategic business and technology changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of capabilities within the value stream.
- Drive sprint execution and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Manage dependencies across cross-functional teams to facilitate timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project momentum.
- Communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure successful outcomes align with project objectives and business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology delivery leadership within complex programmes.
- Strong background in Agile delivery and sprint management.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.
- Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
- Ability to engage at both detailed execution and executive levels.
- Experience in the Financial Services sector is preferred.
