Overview
The Delivery Manager for our client's AI Portfolio will play a crucial role in transforming public sector operations through innovative AI projects. Working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, the Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of high-priority initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and knowledge transfer to internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to lead significant advancements that enhance workplace efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of high-priority Proof of Concepts (PoCs) such as Aged Debt Prediction and Predictive Maintenance.
- Coordinate the rollout of Google Workspace Studio and Google Apps Script for seamless adoption.
- Investigate new market tools to improve fraud detection capabilities.
- Navigate approval pathways to transition bespoke AI solutions into production.
- Develop a comprehensive transition plan to ensure knowledge transfer to the internal AI team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Delivery Management, particularly with complex technical portfolios.
- Strong background in AI/Machine Learning projects from PoC to production.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, AWS, and Azure environments.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude focused on delivering results.
