The Delivery Manager will oversee the implementation of a large-scale CRM project for a central government programme. In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage the delivery of complex initiatives while engaging effectively with various stakeholders. Your proven experience in CRM delivery within a government setting is vital for driving successful outcomes and maintaining agile methodologies throughout the programme.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the successful delivery of a CRM implementation.
  • Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Engage with product, technical, and business teams to align CRM platform outcomes with user needs.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and blockers to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure strong governance, planning, and reporting practices are upheld.
  • Support Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban in project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster high-performing teams throughout the project.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in central government settings within the last 5 years.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering CRM projects or CRM platform implementations.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, analysts, and developers.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers effectively.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in complex delivery environments.
  • Strong planning, governance, and reporting capabilities.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale digital transformation programmes.
