Overview
The SAP Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a significant SAP transformation programme, coordinating multiple workstreams and collaborating with various business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. This role requires a strong background in managing SAP projects, ensuring successful outcomes from initiation through to go-live, while maintaining effective communication and governance with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation programmes and projects.
- Oversee delivery across multiple SAP workstreams, including S/4HANA, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Manage plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners.
- Drive delivery governance, including providing reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure successful delivery from project initiation through to go-live.
- Manage vendor and third-party delivery partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a SAP Delivery Manager or Programme Manager.
- Strong experience delivering SAP transformation programmes, ideally with S/4HANA.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in managing complex, multi-stream delivery environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis in Bristol.
