Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to spearhead a significant cloud modernization initiative. The role will involve collaborating with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure streamlined delivery and the successful transformation of a legacy platform into a cloud-based architecture. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who thrives in Agile environments and can manage complex dependencies across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a large cloud modernization programme.
- Coordinate multiple engineering and infrastructure teams.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
- Remove delivery blockers and manage technical dependencies.
- Work closely with Engineering Managers and Technical Leads.
- Track delivery milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Help improve Agile ways of working across the programme.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with technical and business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong Agile Delivery Management experience.
- Experience delivering cloud migration or platform modernization programmes.
- Previous experience working on legacy monolith refactoring projects.
- Strong technical background with software engineering knowledge.
- Experience working closely with Infrastructure and Engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
- Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum environments.
