Overview
The Delivery Manager will play a critical role in facilitating communication and workflow between product and engineering teams within a hybrid work environment, typically involving two days in the office each week. This role requires hands-on engagement with developers to ensure project momentum and clarity, while also interfacing with users and business stakeholders to gather insights and ensure their needs are adequately met during the development process. The aim is to transform broad project assignments into actionable tasks for technical teams while managing the sprint backlog effectively.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate close collaboration between product and engineering teams to maintain project momentum.

- Engage regularly with developers to address questions and clarify requirements.
- Conduct user and stakeholder interviews to gather essential project insights.
- Run refinement and estimation sessions with the engineering team.
- Lead standups, planning, and retrospectives effectively.
- Maintain the backlog and visibility of sprint progress to ensure alignment among teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, or junior/mid Product Manager with technical exposure.
- Demonstrable ability to convert broad concepts into detailed work plans for technical teams.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and handling day-to-day inquiries.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Notion.
- Background in supply chain, logistics, installs, or field service is advantageous.
- Ability to engage directly with users and business teams for requirement gathering.
