Overview
As a Delivery/Scrum Lead for an AI project, you will play a pivotal role in driving Agile delivery across a complex international program. Collaborating with distributed engineering teams and strategic partners, your focus will be on maintaining delivery governance, leading Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring high quality and effective collaboration throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery across blended teams in the UK, India, and Romania.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Maintain governance and quality standards throughout the delivery process.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners.
- Drive collaboration and communication among distributed teams.
- Ensure alignment with strategic technology partners on project goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in Agile settings.
- Experience leading delivery across distributed teams.
- Strong skills in governance and stakeholder management.
- Background in delivering AI, cloud, or data platform programs is advantageous.
- Ability to manage ad-hoc travel, including trips to Cheltenham.
