Overview
As a Delivery/Scrum Lead, you will be instrumental in driving Agile delivery across a complex international AI project within the Digital Factory. Collaborating with distributed engineering teams and strategic technology partners, you will lead Scrum ceremonies, maintain delivery governance, and ensure a high standard of quality and collaboration throughout the programme.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery across blended teams in the UK, India, and Romania.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Maintain delivery governance and actively manage stakeholders.
- Oversee the quality and pace of the programme’s development efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners.
- Drive continuous improvement within the project teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in Agile environments.
- Experience managing delivery across distributed teams.
- Strong governance and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with AI, cloud, or data platform programmes is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse and dynamic team.
