Overview
In this role, the Delivery/Scrum Lead will oversee and facilitate Agile delivery for a comprehensive AI knowledge platform aimed at enhancing the organization's future AI capabilities. Working within a global Digital Factory, this position involves collaboration with distributed engineering teams and strategic partners across multiple countries, ensuring the successful execution of complex programs while maintaining high governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile delivery across blended teams.
- Maintain delivery governance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among distributed engineering teams across the UK, India, and Romania.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and delivery partners to shape the operating model.
- Monitor project progress and manage stakeholder communications.
- Implement best practices for Agile methodology in project management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in Agile environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading delivery across distributed teams.
- Strong governance and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in delivering AI, cloud, or data platform programs is advantageous.
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external partners effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
