Overview
This role is for a security-cleared developer with expertise in Go programming, tasked with supporting a Development team focused on enhancing critical national infrastructure systems. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Data Engineering team to contribute to an enterprise data solution. This position is a 6-month contract, emphasizing the need for candidates who have recently worked on secure projects and possess relevant technical experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software using the Go programming language.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to deliver enterprise data solutions.
- Implement DevOps practices to streamline development processes.
- Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
- Leverage Azure Cloud services for project requirements.
- Assist in ensuring software security and compliance with regulations.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Active SC Clearance with DV eligibility is mandatory.
- Expertise in Go programming language is required.
- Proficiency in DevOps methodologies and best practices is necessary.
- Experience with Kubernetes is critical for this role.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud platform is important.
- Any experience with Java is advantageous but not required.
- A background in secure software development is preferred.
