Overview
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing Platform Engineering team in a remote capacity. This role involves designing, building, and supporting secure, scalable cloud infrastructure while collaborating with experienced engineers to enhance digital platforms. The successful candidate will play a critical role in a technology-driven organization that values innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and support secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
- Monitor and maintain platform availability, performance, and reliability.
- Deploy and manage cloud technologies within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver platform improvements.
- Support Agile delivery practices using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and platform operations.
Requirements
- Commercial experience developing and deploying Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform, YAML, and ARM templates.
- Experience creating, monitoring, and managing resources in Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) principles.
- Experience building and managing Kubernetes-based services.
- Knowledge of containerization and Helm chart management.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
