Overview
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance the infrastructure for our eCommerce platform. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with development teams to design and deploy resilient cloud solutions, while also contributing to security and infrastructure initiatives. This position offers flexible working arrangements, with one day a week in the Central London office and the remainder remote.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy infrastructure to support new feature development.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance tooling and systems.
- Perform code reviews with peers to ensure quality standards.
- Contribute to large-scale security and infrastructure projects.
- Support and maintain production workloads in line with best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience with AWS, deploying production workloads.
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience in autonomous agile team environments.
- Familiarity with security best practices in software and infrastructure development.
