Overview
The Digital Adoption Platform Implementation Lead will spearhead the implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms, working closely with in-house IT teams and external vendors to ensure effective user adoption and platform optimization. The contractor will leverage their expertise in managing end-to-end DAP implementations, focusing on integration with enterprise applications and developing governance structures to support ongoing success. This hybrid role requires regular on-site collaboration with stakeholders to drive the outcomes of large technology change projects in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms such as Whatfix, WalkMe, and Apty.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications.
- Define the processes and capabilities necessary for successful DAP deployment.
- Optimize the ongoing use of the DAP through user management and security configuration.
- Establish a Centre of Excellence to support best practices in digital adoption.
- Create governance structures to manage the DAP effectively.
- Facilitate user adoption activities and training sessions for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading the implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms, including technical setup and configuration.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate DAPs with enterprise applications and authentication systems.
- Experience managing large technology change projects within complex technical environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with IT teams and vendors.
- Familiarity with establishing governance frameworks in technology projects.
- Ability to work onsite weekly as part of a hybrid working arrangement.
