Overview
As a Digital Adoption Platform Implementation Lead, the contractor will guide the successful implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms such as Whatfix, WalkMe, and Apty within complex technical environments. They will collaborate closely with in-house IT teams and external vendors to ensure proper configuration, integration, and user adoption practices while establishing governance structures and a Centre of Excellence for ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms.
- Define processes and capabilities for successful platform deployment.
- Configure platform settings and manage user access and security.
- Integrate Digital Adoption Platforms with enterprise applications and authentication systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize DAP usage.
- Establish a Centre of Excellence and governance frameworks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to drive user adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance for platform maintenance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Digital Adoption Platforms such as Whatfix, WalkMe, or Apty.
- Proven track record in large technology change projects within complex environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms, including integrations and security configurations.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with IT teams.
- Ability to establish governance structures and a Centre of Excellence.
- Familiarity with user management within Digital Adoption Platforms.
