The Digital Project Manager will take charge of overseeing and managing the rollout of new digital features for web and mobile applications in a multi-site retail environment. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including marketing, commercial, digital, and technology, to ensure successful project delivery. The successful candidate will act as a crucial liaison between business needs and technology solutions, fostering strong communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee project plans for loyalty, subscription, and personalisation rollouts across web and mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, commercial, digital, and tech.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
  • Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on progress.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital delivery and project management, particularly in a retail or hospitality context.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering loyalty programs or similar initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in business partnering functions is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
