Overview
We are seeking a .NET Developer with active SC Security Clearance for a hybrid contract role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale applications within an Azure Cloud environment. The contractor will primarily work remotely, with occasional travel to the Taunton office. The successful candidate will play a key role in a large-scale Government project, leveraging their strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-scale applications in an Azure Cloud environment.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver functional software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Utilize GitHub tools for source code management and development workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in diverse environments.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Requirements
- Active SC Security Clearance required.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core.
- Proficiency in developing applications using Azure PaaS services.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and service integration.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design principles and best practices.
- Experience utilizing Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams.
- Ability to maintain software development documentation in various repositories.
