Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and pain points.
- Translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 CE functional solutions, focusing on case management.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet business requirements while supporting an agile delivery approach.
- Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and operational users for successful solution delivery.
- Provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with housing business processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.
- Strong track record of delivering case management solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Previous experience working with a Housing Association or Registered Provider.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging confidently with business stakeholders.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional configuration experience.
- Knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working within agile delivery environments and able to deliver at pace.
- Experience across housing functions such as housing repairs, complaints, tenancy management, and resident services is highly desirable.
