Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 CE functional solutions, focusing on case management.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet business requirements while supporting an agile delivery approach.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and operational users for successful solution delivery.
  • Provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with housing business processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.
  • Strong track record of delivering case management solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Previous experience working with a Housing Association or Registered Provider.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging confidently with business stakeholders.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional configuration experience.
  • Knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable working within agile delivery environments and able to deliver at pace.
  • Experience across housing functions such as housing repairs, complaints, tenancy management, and resident services is highly desirable.
