Overview
The Dynamics CRM Trainer will support a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation by providing advisory input on system usability and user experience during the initial configuration review. This fully remote contract role will evolve into the delivery of end-user training and the creation of training materials, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to facilitate system adoption and change management.
Responsibilities
- Review the configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM to assess usability and user experience.
- Provide feedback and identify potential risks related to adoption and training.
- Deliver end-user training sessions for the CRM system.
- Create training materials and guides for system users.
- Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of the system.
- Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate user feedback and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Trainer.
- Good understanding of CRM configuration and business processes.
- Proven ability to review and challenge vendor-built solutions.
- Experience delivering training in CRM or enterprise system environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
