Elasticsearch Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an Elasticsearch Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building and scaling high-performance search platforms and data pipelines. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a remote or hybrid environment to design and optimize Elasticsearch and OpenSearch clusters while leveraging cloud infrastructure. This role is essential for enhancing our cloud-native search capabilities and automating our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize large-scale Elasticsearch and OpenSearch clusters.
• Build high-concurrency data ingestion pipelines using Python and Go.
• Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes on AWS.
• Collaborate with team members to scale cloud-native search infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Search Engineer or Elasticsearch Specialist.
• Elastic Certification is a significant advantage.
• Hands-on production experience with Python or Go for data ingestion.
• Solid experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
