Overview
The Enterprise AI Architect will play a pivotal role in transforming a leading fintech's AI and architectural framework. This position involves designing and enhancing a live low-code AI platform to ensure it is fully production-ready while collaborating with senior leadership on a multi-year AI strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with principal engineers, bridging traditional software engineering with advanced AI methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop a production-ready live AI platform MVP, including implementing guardrails, controls, and CI/CD processes.
- Advise on the integration of AI agents within existing business processes and establish necessary architectural foundations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape a comprehensive multi-year AI strategy.
- Challenge and refine existing architectural approaches and promote innovative solutions.
- Transition traditional software engineering protocols into agentic AI development practices.
- Design and deliver end-to-end AI systems at scale, focusing on high-volume and low-latency performance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and delivering comprehensive AI systems, not just components.
- Experience building scalable systems under high-volume and low-latency constraints.
- History of guiding businesses through AI or technology transformations, influencing strategy and execution.
- Experience building AI platforms used by non-technical users in production environments.
- Deep understanding of agentic AI principles and the prerequisite architectural elements required for reliability.
- Bonus: Experience with knowledge graphs, entity extraction, or document intelligence.
