Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to play a vital role in the final phases of a business-wide ERP rollout within a manufacturing environment. The consultant will work closely with senior management, internal stakeholders, and the ERP software provider to ensure successful adoption and integration of the new system across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of ERP implementation across multiple business functions to meet project milestones and go-live dates.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and technical support activities with internal teams and the ERP software provider.
- Produce regular project updates for senior management, including progress reports and resource planning.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practice guidance.
- Gather user feedback to prioritize system improvements and manage agreed changes with the ERP software provider.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ERP implementation.
- Strong project management experience.
- Familiarity with EFACS ERP software is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
