Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of a SYSPRO ERP system for a private equity-owned manufacturing company. The role involves working closely with an appointed systems integrator and stakeholders to ensure the successful migration from Sage 100 to SYSPRO. This position is designed for an individual who can manage project timelines and deliver results to a high standard, primarily on-site in Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of SYSPRO ERP system.
- Collaborate with the appointed systems integrator and stakeholders.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Manage communication and expectations with the business units.
- Oversee the migration process from Sage 100 to SYSPRO.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager.
- Experience with ERP implementations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with SYSPRO ERP system is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the migration process from legacy systems.
- Availability for on-site work 3–4 days per week.
