Overview
The ERP Project Manager will oversee the ERP Improvement Plan, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The contractor will work closely with a team and stakeholders, adapting methodologies as necessary to meet project needs. This role requires effective communication and accountability to drive progress and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the ERP Improvement plan end to end, including scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Run a mix of waterfall and agile methodologies tailored to project phases and workstreams.
- Ensure accountability among team members and stakeholders, tracking progress and resolving issues quickly.
- Report on project status, risks, and decisions to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ERP project management with a strong understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Highly organized and structured, with the ability to uphold team accountability to the project plan.
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite M3 is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Glasgow 4-5 days per week.
